Salient Characteristics and Technical Requirements
Goal: To replace main system components of analog CCTV system and allow for a gradual replacement of the entire system while maintaining interoperability with remaining devices.
Limits: Quote will be for software and hardware only, no installation is required. Contract will be evaluated and contract awarded based on ability to meet or exceed equipment characteristics, compatibility with existing components, and technical requirements.
1.0 Statement of Work
1.1 Contractor will provide the components for a complete CCTV system for installation by base personnel. Components will be COTS (Commercial off the shop). System will be modular in nature as to allow for future expansions of additional viewing stations, NVRs, and cameras.
System will support ONVIF compliant products and allow the use of single mode fiber and/or Ethernet connections to add new devices while allowing the use of current analog Bosch fixed and PTZ cameras. Capabilities of motion, vehicle, facial recognition and advanced video analytics are highly desired. Substitution of desired components to meet pricing requirements is acceptable if capabilities remain similar to desired system.
