1. What is meant by “oak material”? Below are some common construction types for dorm furniture. It would be helpful to know which of these are applicable to the requirement.
o Solid oak wood panels (meaning no wood veneer or plywood core) o Oak Wood Veneer on veneer core plywood o Oak Grained High Pressure Laminate on veneer core plywood o Oak Grained High Pressure Laminate on industrial grade particle board

1. What building is the CES furniture for? It is for 2200, but the furniture is to be delivered to BLDG 3425
2. What floor is the furniture to be delivered to? Furniture does not need to be delivered to any floor
3. If it is above the ground floor, is there an elevator to use? No elevator required
4. Is there existing furniture in place? If so, is the vendor responsible for removing and bringing to DRMO? Vender just has to deliver items to warehouse
5. Is the vendor responsible for disposable for any trash or can it be disposed of on base? Disposed of on base
6. Can our container be offloaded into a warehouse or other temporary storage facility prior to installation? Yes I want the furniture to be off loaded into my warehouse at bldg 3425 and no installation will be required.
