Responses to Questions for FA5004-18-R-D002:
Question 1. Is there an existing contract and/or incumbent contractor?
Answer 1. No, this is a new requirement.
Question 2. Past RFPs have allowed previously used Air Force PPQ forms or PPQ forms from other entities (USACE, NAVFAC, etc...) to be resubmitted to the Air Force. Will you allow this process to continue to occur on this RFP?
Answer 2. Yes, companies can submitted PPQs from previous submissions as long as they are clearly marked for the current package.
Question 3. If previous PPQs can be re-submitted, will the original signer need to re-send it directly to the Air Force or can we submit it as part of our proposal? We would prefer the latter so that there is no confusion about which solicitation the PPQ is being submitted in reference to.
Answer 3. PPQs can be submitted as part of the SF330 package or be submitted directly to the
CA/CO with proper marking for the project.
Question 4. How would you like subconsultants to annotate their PPQs so that you know which proposing team they are associated with?
Answer 4. Under Section 1: Contract Identification, Item A. Contractor: Enter subconsultant's name and then enter "(Prime: XXXXXX)".
