2. The government shall pay the ADOC at the rate of ***$142.66*** per day for each day a Prisoner is housed.

Typical reasons for temporary release are medical, attorney, or Commander requirements.
7. The ADOC is responsible for providing all meals (three per day), consistent with the standards the jail is required to meet in feeding the civilian population.
8. Emergency medical care will be provided as required. Emergency medical care provided by ADOC to detainees under this contract will be reimbursed by the USA and USAF upon submission of complete documentation of care provided and attendant costs to the Ordering Official. However, routine medical care should be coordinated with the Coordinating Official in advance.
9. The ADOC shall maintain records of all military Prisoners at their jail facility and provide this, upon request, to the
Ordering Official.
10. Military Prisoners shall be afforded the same visitation rights as civilian Prisoners, unless the Coordinating Official directs otherwise.
11.
