Subject: Combined Synopsis Solicitation.

Product or Service Code: 6515 Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies.

Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and conducted under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 policies and procedures, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed-price only.

The solicitation number is FA489723QC004 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01.

The acquisition is subject to full and open competition. No small business set aside is applicable. Assigned NAICS is 334516 with small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

The Government is requesting quotes restricted to brand-name for the following line items:

0001 Biofire Torch System Base -- Product Code HFTA-ASY-0001, Quantity 1 Each.

0002 Biofire Torch Duplex -- Product Code HFTA-ASY-0002, Quantity 3 Each.

0003 Biofire Torch Module -- Product Code HFTA-ASY-0003, Quantity 8 Each.

Date of delivery: 60 days after receipt of order.

Place of delivery: 366 HCOS Medical Logistics Flight, 90 Hope Drive Building 6000, Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648

FOB point: Destination.

The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.

Evaluation: The Government will perform a comparative evaluation (comparing offers to each other) to select the contractor that is best suited and provides the best value, considering and past performance history in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) for the FSC and PSC of the supplies being purchased.

It is advised that responses include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Alternate I, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
