Statement of Work (SOW)

Pit Run Gravel, 6 Inch Minus

Saylor Creek Range

1.0 Description of Requirement. The contractor shall provide 14,000 cubic yards of Pit Run Gravel, 6 inch minus and deliver to Saylor Creek Range. The Pit Run Gravel will be used for road building at Saylor

Creek Range. The delivery location will be at Saylor Creek Range, 34528 Clover‐Three Creek Rd, Bruneau, Idaho 83604.

2.0 General Information:

2.1. Security Requirements. All personnel employed by the contractor in the performance of this contract, or any representative of the contractor entering the installation, shall abide by all security regulations of the installation.

2.1.1. Personal Identification and vehicle passes are not required for Saylor Creek Range.

2.2. Traffic Law. The contractor and its employees shall comply with base traffic regulations.

2.3. Weapons, Firearms, and Ammunition. Contractor employees are prohibited from possessing weapons, firearms, or ammunition, on themselves or within their contractor‐owned or privately‐owned vehicle while on Mountain Home AFB or Saylor Creek Range.

2.4. Reporting Requirements. Contractor personnel shall report to an appropriate authority any information or circumstances of which they are aware may pose a threat to the security of DoD personnel, contractor personnel, resources, and classified or unclassified defense information.

2.5. Hours of Operation.

Hours of Operation: Normal range hours of operation are 0830 – 1830 Monday through Friday, the government is flexible to adjust those hours if required.

2.6. Holidays.

New Year’s Day ‐ 1 January

Martin Luther King Day ‐ 3rd Monday in January

Washington’s Birthday ‐ 3rd Monday in February

Memorial Day ‐ last Monday in May

Independence Day ‐ 4 July

Labor Day ‐ 1st Monday in September

Columbus Day ‐ 2nd Monday in October

Veteran’s Day ‐ 11 November

Thanksgiving Day ‐ 4th Thursday in November

Christmas Day ‐ 25 December

If these holidays fall on Saturday, the preceding Friday will be observed. If these holidays fall on Sunday, the following Monday will be observed. No deliveries will be made on observed holidays.
