1. In referencing the Solicitation, FA488719QA028, page 20; What are the evaluation criteria for award of this contract? LPTA

2. In referencing the Solicitation, FA488719QA028, page 2 & 5; Is there a Solicitation/Contract Form and Packaging and Marking requirements, please advise. Page 1 block 8 of the solicitation identifies the offer due date and time.

3. What are the instructions to offers for the proposal? Offers will be submitted via email to the POC identified in block 7a of the soliciation. Email address and other contact information is listed in solicitaion notice on FBO

4. What are the submittal instructions? Offer is to be submitted via email on the specified offer due date and time.

5. What is the size of the room that the simulator must fit into? 1000 Sq Ft (rough estimate—most of the prospective spaces are over 1000 sq ft.)

6. What are the current heating and cooling capabilities in that space? Both heating and cooling

7. What is the projected throughput for users (day, week, month, annually)—this will directly affect the quantity of weapons that need to be provided. ? Annually

8. In reference to the PWS, bullet point Coursework and simulation training curriculum, would this include: Train the Trainer Course (or similar course framework)—are there any other stated requirements (qualification, day, night, stress events, hostile intent? The required solution must include specific nationally certified curriculum to include topics like Contact and Cover, Human Factors in Force Encounters, High Risk Vehicle Stops and others. Train the Trainer should be included with the installation and training of the equipment.

9. What type of data collection/tracking and/or reporting is required for proof of success and or remediation? The Operating System of the Simulator should have data collection capabilities and the ability to record specific trainee sets

10. Is the reporting and data piece able to be printed out, emailed, and used by leadership?

The output of related data files should be available for viewing and storage on the local machine and through the System Operating System. PDF outputs available for various uses by trainees and leadership but not required.

11. What are the resolution requirements? Minimum total system resolution: 3840 x 5120

12. What are the up-time requirements? None listed.

13. What is the primary intent for the system? Security Forces Force Options and Marksmanship Training

14. Is there a requirement to link to other simulation systems? None listed.

15. Do the weapons need to be function for a minimum 8-hour day of full use? Or can the weapons last a few hours and then be charged during business hours? 8 Hours

16. Are there any reports required? No specific reports listed

17. Are Past Performances required in our response? Yes

18. Is there a requirement for team training? Yes, the simulator should be able to easily train between 1-4 individuals simultaneously

19. Is there a requirement for NVG training? No, however, low light environments on simulated ranges should be available.

20. Is there a requirement for environmental impacts to the synthetic environment? No

21. Would you consider providing additional response time in order to address the answers to the above questions? No

22. Is there any interest in Call for Fire capability? No
