About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation for an FY23 Access Control System for multiple buildings at an Air Force base. The solicitation seeks to install a new wireless access control system to replace the existing wired system that connects several buildings, including buildings 96, 253-254, and 261. No underground conduit exists between buildings as the current network connection is wireless. The existing wired system within buildings is run through conduit. The new installation must match this condition. Floor plans for some buildings are provided as attachments to inform responses. The solicitation was issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command.
