Walk-in Blaster Refurbishment Statement of Work

Pauli Systems RAM22 Walk-in blast machine RAM22 blast machine requires refurbishment and blast room upgrade to a full floor recovery system. All rubber (i.e. hoses and valves) and consumable parts (i.e. filters) require replacement. New glass light fixture lenses to replace the non-compliant plastic lenses. New CO monitor. New ventilation ducting running from the booth to the existing dust collector that is Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA) compliant. Addition of a full floor media reclaim system including installation, any required modifications to the current booth to fit and operate the reclaim system. System start-up, testing, and any adjustments needed for operation.

Operator training of equipment operation, servicing and required training to increase equipment life, and troubleshooting procedures immediately following equipment installation.

Award will be made based on price and technical acceptability. All quotes should include tax, delivery (FOB Destination), and discount terms. (Note: Any tax and delivery costs should be incorporated into existing line items).
