3. What color are the Winter socks?

4. What color are the Mech Glove?

6. What is delivery address/building and does delivery address have a loading dock?

7. Is the Pad Lock – Keyed or Combination Type?

Keyed style

8. May we offer alternative products with equal or exceeding specs?

Per the combined synopsis/solicitation notice, all items are requested as “Brand Name or Equal”. If a contractor deems a product as equivalent to one requested, they may submit it at their discretion. The Government cannot verify if items are acceptable until the technical review is accomplished once quotes are received.

9. Is the Government considering partial quotes by line item and do you anticipate making multiple awards on this RFQ?

No. Any perspective awardee shall be able to provide all items requested, including FOB destination delivery by 30 Dec 2016 (subcontracting is allowed).

10. Will the Government accept China made items on this RFQ?

The Buy American Act applies to this acquisition.
