Portable Chillers Q&A
Could you please provide additional information on the pump package, trailer, and voltage required for the chiller?
Pump Package & Trailer Details
1. Trane Chiller will be mounted on a pintle hitch tandem axel trailer.
2. Trailer will be deckover approximately 20ft long x 102” width.
a. 10,000lb axles to provide adequate capacity for chiller, pump, and transformer
b. Black powder coat
c. Tool compartment
d. Spare Tire and Mount
3. Provide and mount new chilled water pump designed for 192 GPM at 100 ft W.G. head.
4. Mount Trane 10 HP NEMA 3R VFD on trailer and wire into pump.
5. Manual isolation valves will be installed on the chiller and pump so the piping can be configured to utilize the trailer pump or external (building) pumps.
6. Chiller package includes all associated pressure gauges and thermometers.
7. Furnish and install 120VAC connection for energizing oil heaters
8. Provide and mount new 150 kVA transformer.

b. 480 V / 3 Ph / 60 Hz Primary
c. 208 Y / 120 Secondary
9. Transformer will be mounted on trailer but will require field wiring as needed.
10. Includes DLO cam lock “tails” for quick wiring.
11. Chiller and pump will be single point with Cam Lock power connectors.
12. Prior to delivery packaged chiller plant will be started and ran to full load at test station.
13. Provide rubber hose (100ft total length) with Camlok fittings.
14. Pricing includes freighting to Clovis, NM
