Additional Questions & Answers for Solicitation Number FA4855-19-Q-A046

1.What voltage is needed for the RTAC unit?
2.What style hitch do you want for the trailer?
3.Do you want any cable for the chiller on the trailer?
4.What type of plugs do you want on the portable chiller?
5.What type of hose connections do you want?
6.Do you want storage boxes on the trailer for the hoses?
7.Do you want a manual transfer switch and transformer for the portable chiller so that it can be used on 208 VAC and 480 VAC?

The customer provided the following information in response to these questions. These are full specifications for the trailer that is required.

- Trailer will be deckover approximately 26’ long x 102” wide

- 10,000 lb. axels to provide adequate capacity for chiller, pump, and transformer

- Black powder coat

- Tool compartment

- Spare tire & mount

- Provide and mount new chilled water pump designed for 478 GPM at 100 ft. head

- Mount Trane TR200 NEMA 3R VFD on trailer and wire into pump

- Manual isolation valves will be installed on the chiller and pump so the piping can be configured to utilize the trailer pump or external (building) pumps

- Chiller package includes all associated pressure gauges and thermometers

- Furnish and install 120VAC connection for energizing oil heaters in standby mode

- Provide 500kVA outdoor rated step-up transformer from 208/3 to 480/3

- Transformer will be mounted on trailer but will require field wiring as needed

- Includes DLO cam lock “tails” for quick wiring

- Chiller and pump will be single point with Cam Lock power connectors
