Solicitation FA4855-18-R-0031 Protestant Religious Education Coordinator Questions and Answers:
1. Question: While not directly in control of supervision, with the government lead provide direction and tasking to the contractor in the development of supporting programs, events, etc., or is the contractor expected to develop these requirements autonomously?
Answer: No.
2. Question: Is the mandated background check the responsibility of the government or the contracting company to accomplish?
Answer: The Government completes this.
3. Question: Is there a current incumbent?
Answer: Yes.
4. Question: As the proposal suspense date is 31 Aug 18, is the expectation of the government to have a qualified coordinator in place by 1 Sept 18?
Answer: Yes.
5. Question: Will the government provide a plug number for travel expenses, or should this be part of the pricing volume?
Answer: If travel is government directed other than PCS, rates and cost in accordance with JFTR will apply.
6. Question: Considering this is a part-time position which may require evening and weekend events/programming, how far in advance can we expect the customer to notify the contractor of a shift in hours?
Answer: The hours will be determined at the beginning of contract performance.
