Summary of Questions and Answers
FA481920QB001 Heavy Equipment and Machinery Relocation
1. Will the OMAX WaterJet Cutting Center be disconnected and/ or drained prior to performance?
Yes, the equipment will be disconnected and drained prior to performance.
2. How many pieces of equipment are epoxied to the floor? If the vendor is to remove the epoxied equipment, choosing their own methods, does the floor beneath the equipment need to stay intact?
Will the vendor be responsible for damage to the floor?
There is one piece of equipment [OMAX WaterJet Cutting Center] that has epoxy from the equipment legs potentially bonded to the floor. [The customer] will separate the epoxy so it has no effect on the vendor moving the equipment. Floor damage to bld 522 will not be a concern or issue.
3. Will the contractor be required to unbolt/bolt the equipment?
No, [the customer] will take care of removing the bolts/nuts.
