COMPUTER NUMERICAL CONTROL (CNC) LATHE SPECIFICATION
Require a computer numerical control lathe with the following capabilities:
- The machine needs to hold verity of sizes and shapes of parts safely.
- The ability to automaticity change tools in mid program without the operator’s assistance.
- The ability to work safely with large parts using the Hydraulic Chuck.
- The ability for the operator to turn, face and bore with the Lathe side of the machine along with the ability to mill pockets and slots with the Live C axis Tooling opinion.
- The ability to add a bar feeder if required.
Detailed requirements include:
1. CNC Lathe size requirements 15” X 21” X 3” bar capacity
