SUMMARY OF CHANGES

SECTION SF 1449 - CONTINUATION SHEET

THE PURPOSE OF SUBJECT AMENDMENT IS TO INCORPORATE THE FOLLOWING INTO SUBJECT SOLICITATION AND RESULTANT AWARD:

A. The required response date/time has changed from 27-Apr-2010 04:30 PM to 30-Apr-2010 04:30 PM.

B. CLIN 0002: The CLIN extended description has changed From: Parts: 1 track chain unsealed, track nuts and bolts (est 528 ea), 100 new 60" steel track shoes.

To: Parts: 1 set (comprised of two) track rails, 1 track chain unsealed, track nuts and bolts (est 528 ea), 100 new 60" steel track shoes.

C. The following have been modified:

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

1. SCOPE: The work covered by the provisions of this contract consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and supplies necessary to widen a John Deere 120C excavator track configuration to sixteen (16) feet outside of tracks. New sixty (60) inch track shoes will be installed to both sides. The modification will include outside support rails for the assembled track shoes. The contractor is responsible for:

a. Providing an estimate (the Government reserves the right to not accept the estimate and stop at this point at no expense).

b. Upon notification to proceed, coordinate installation/repair time with authorized Government personnel.

c. Completing the job in accordance with all federal, state, and local codes.

2. MATERIALS: The contractor will provide all parts necessary to achieve the desired configuration to include nuts, bolts, track chain, track shoes, track rails, etc. Minimum required: one set (comprised of two) track rails, one (1) track chain unsealed, one hundred (100) 60” steel track shoes (88 for install, 12 for spares), and sufficient nuts and bolts (estimated 528 each) to complete assembly.

3. LOCATION: The excavator is located at the AF Dare County Bombing Range, Stumpy Point, NC. The contractor will transport the excavator to the site/facility where modification will take place and return the excavator to the range at the completion of work.

4. WORKMANSHIP: All workmanship will comply with standard trade practices. The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, equipment, and services required to achieve the desired configuration of the excavator.

5. WARRANTY: The contractor will guarantee all workmanship for a period of one year from completion of work.

D. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
