STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT

Procurement of Nose Jack Replacement Parts 1 MXS / Joint Base Langley-Eustis, 23665

1.0 OBJECTIVE. Procure BRAND NAME OR EQUAL ColumbusJACK nose jack replacement parts in support of F-22 maintenance actions conducted by the 1MXS.

2.0 MATERIALS. The below materials are necessary to purchase to support the F-22 maintenance operations conducted by the 1 MXS.

2.2 Warranty. The contractor shall provide a two-year warranty at no additional cost. The warranty will commence upon Government purchase of the equipment. The Vendor shall respond to all warranty requests within 72 hours from the initial e-mail or phone call.

Vendor will not provide warranty for Government-Furnished or Government-Purchased Equipment or be responsible for its defectiveness.

3.0 SECURITY.

3.1 All deliveries shall be conducted during hours as coordinated with an on-site representative. The on-site representative will ensure the Contractor employees and subcontractors have access to the site five days a week, 0700 to 1600, as a minimum, excluding US Federal holidays.

3.1.1 RECOGNIZED HOLIDAYS: No work will be required on the following recognized Federal Government Holidays.

a. New Year's Day, January 1

b. Martin Luther King Jr Day, the third Monday in January

c. Presidents’ Day, the third Monday in February

d. Memorial Day, the last Monday in May

e. Juneteenth Day, June 19

e. Independence Day, July 4

f. Labor Day, the first Monday in September

g. Columbus Day or Native American Day, the second Monday in October

h. Veterans’ Day, November 11

i. Thanksgiving Day, the fourth Thursday in November

j. Christmas Day, December 25

k. Any other day designated by Federal statute, executive order, or Presidential proclamation.
