REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATIONS
Aerospace Ground Equipment Industrial Supply Vending Machine
1. SCOPE OF WORK
1.1. This specification describes the requirements to provide transportation capabilities for inoperable lift trucks
(referred to as bomb lifts).
2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
2.1. Applicable standards include, but are not limited to:
AFI 21-101
AFSO 21
2.2. All equipment and materials supplied in the performance of this contract must meet or exceed all current and local standards. All applicable new or revised standards that are not in effect at time of bid closing, but become effective prior to or during system installations, shall be incorporated. The contractor shall present to the Project Manager (PM) any changes to the system design in order to be compliant with the new/revised standards.
3. GOVERNMENT CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
3.1. Contracting Officer (CO) means an official designated to enter into and/or administer contracts and make related determinations and findings. This official has the sole authority to issue modifications to the contract, resolve disputes, and to terminate the contract. No conversation, recommendations, or direction, whether given directly by, or implied by government personnel, that will affect the scope, schedule, or price of the program covered by this contract, shall be acted upon by the contractor unless specifically approved by the CO. If specifications indicate that an individual, other than the Contracting Officer, will approve or disapprove an action, it is understood that only the Contracting Officer has authority unless that individual is so designated by the Contracting Officer in writing. The Contracting Officer's decision shall be final.
3.2. Air Force Project Manager (PM) is a government employee. The PM will act as the technical advisor for the government. Only the PM has authority to review and accept contract deliverables. The PM will have the right to reject or require correction of any deficiencies found in products or deliverables. The PM may provide technical direction on the project to ensure the project is in compliance with the contract requirements, but does not have authority to alter or amend the requirements of this contract or any delivery order placed against it. The PM will not intentionally direct the contractor to act outside the scope or confines of the contract. If, at any time, the contractor believes directions received from the PM are outside the scope or confines of the contract, it is the contractor's responsibility to notify the PM and CO and seek direction from the CO prior to proceeding.
4. REQUIRED MATERIAL
Contractor shall provide multiple lockers totaling a length of 48.5 feet, height of 72 inches and depth of 36 inches.
4.1. The industrial supply vending machine will be used to house and vend multiple filters needed for all

5. TECHNICAL DATA - One copy of the manufacturer's standard commercial owner’s manual, written in the
English language, shall be furnished and placed in a waterproof envelope marked "OWNER’S MANUAL".
They shall be securely attached to and shipped with the equipment.
6. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
6.1. TRAINING – Three day On-Site installation and training on operation of industrial supply vending machine.
