Statement of Work
Target Retrieval System of building. 1260, Combat Arms Training Range 31 July 2018
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, transportation, supervision, and other necessary items required to remove the current target retrieval and install a working target retrieval system in the Combat Arms training range building 1260, March ARB, Ca 92518.
2. Scope
2.1 This Statement of Work outlines the tasks required of the contractor to remove the current target retrieval system in building 1260 and install a hard wired, cable operated, non-battery system. The contractor will provide technical support/assistance to the government for this equipment through coordination with the Security Forces Combat Arms program manager. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, travel and transportation necessary to remove current target retrieval system and install a hard wired, cable operated system in building 1260, March ARB, Ca 92518.
2.2 Contractor shall conform to all base regulations and directives pertaining to security, safety, fire, traffic, and personnel clearance, insofar as they pertain to the Contractors activities on March ARB, California. The Contractor shall ensure conformance by all employees and subcontractors.
2.3 Contractor shall submit a pass information sheet identifying all employees, including subcontractor employees, who will be working on March ARB. Upon completion of the contract or expiration of the passes, the Contractor shall ensure that all passes issued to employees and subcontractor employees are returned to security. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in withholding of final payment.
2. 4 Contractor will take all steps necessary to prevent damage to government property. Contractor will be liable for any damages to government property that is determined to be the fault of the contractor.
3. SPECIFIC TASKS
3.1 The contractor shall remove the current target retrieval system for 28 firing points located in building 1260.
3.1.2 The contractor shall provide the following
-Twenty-eight (28) non-turning automated target retrievers cable driven non battery operated, or Bluetooth operated -Twenty-eight (28) tracks, 25 meters long -Twenty-eight (28) Electronic key-pads control for individual firing points mounted on back wall behind the firing line (Distance 16.5ft.)
-Custom extension arm (to accommodate ceiling height)

-Master Control Software - Two (2) total, One (1) for the 21 lane range, One (1) for the 7 lane range
3.1.3 The contractor shall install a Master control program on the standalone computers (2) provided by the customer to operate the 28 firing point from the range tower.
4 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY
4.1 The government will provide the contractor escorted access to the communications, power service closets and March ARB, CA, as required, to support this task.
4.2 The government will provide the following at March ARB, CA
4.2.1 Equipment staging and assembly area with standard electrical outlets.
4.2.1 Allocate available power circuits.
5 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
5.1 A standard lead time of 90 days prior to the installation start date for acquisition and shipment of material, tools and test equipment will be provided. The installation start date will depend upon customer requirements, installation team availability and will be coordinated with all parties involved.
The period of performance for this contract is to be determined and agreed upon by the contractor and customer prior to award. Work schedule will be Monday thru Friday 0730-1630.
