Questions and Answers
Question #QuestionAnswer
1I want to make sure I am filling the past performance worksheet correctly, Should our information be in Section 1, and our Customer information in Section 2?You are correct, the format of the past performance is to have your company information in Section 1 and the information of the customers you’ve completed relevant work for and the details of the relevant work in Section 2.
2The 12-year hydrostatic tests on the wet and dry systems, the price doesn’t include chemical, correct? If it does include chemical, we will need to know what systems are due because the chemical price varies between manufacturers. After confirming with our mission partners, you are correct, the 12-year hydrostatic tests on the wet and dry systems described in all X007 CLINs is to define your pricing for only the testing, not the chemical.
3Attachment 1, the pricing worksheet, page 3, for FY26 last item says CLIN 2007: it should be CLIN 2009: I believe.Yes, the duplication of the title for CLIN 2007 as the last item on FY26 is an error; it is supposed to be CLIN 2009. However, the description “Emergency service call for wet/dry chemical fire extinguishing systems” is correct.
4I am 51% owner, and I am in the process of getting my WOSB Certification, I have not heard back from the SBA yet. Would our Company be considered a Woman Owned Small Business even without the Certificate, if I attach our information from the state showing I am 51% owner? After looking at the regulations, your company cannot be considered a Woman Owned Small Business without the certificate from the SBA, even if you attach our information indicating that you are the 51% owner.
5I had a question about CLIN 0007 through CLIN 0009
Are you referring to the testing of hood systems above kitchen grills/fryers?With regard to your questions on CLINS 0007, 0008, and 0009: Yes, they do refer to the testing of hood systems above kitchen grills/fryers, but they further encompass dry chemical extinguishing systems present in spray paint booths and hazard storage areas. You may see Appendix A within the Statement of Work for a full list of systems to be covered in those CLINS.
