Statement of Work Inspect and repair of Didsbury Pod Hoists

1. Scope of work. Perform load test on all Required parts of 21 Didsbury Rod hoist Units. Repair hoists in accordance with applicable technical data.

2. Location of work. Work is to be performed at Hydro USA facilities located at 1220 37th St.

NW, Auburn, Washington.

3. Character of Task. The work to be done consists of furnishing all the necessary labor, expenses and materials described in Flight Refueling Manual (FRL) 35G3-3-8-2 and KEF/LSG/27.6.SO(according to FRL 35G3-3-8-2 Chapter 6 reference KEF/LSG/27.6.80 shall be obtained from Didsbury Engineering Co Ltd.). The work shall be executed in the highest quality attainable.

4. Contractor Quality Assurance. The contractor shall be responsible for the quality of all completed work. The contractor shall ensure all work performed has been checked for quality comprehensiveness and accuracy.

5. Government furnished equipment and facilities: None.

6. Governing standards and regulations. Analysis, evaluation and work shall be in accordance with and based on the following current publications as well as all others applicable to the safe efficient and economical operation of lifting systems related to the department of defense or military service branch regulations, handbooks and operating instructions.

a. FRL Maintenance Manual (Air Force Technical Ref. T.O. 35G3-3-8-2, Chapter 6) and

KEF/LSG/27.6.80

Annual Load testing and Repair

a. Completeness check of hoist kit

b. Opening of hoist housing

c. Cleaning and check of governor shoes

d. Disassembly of hoist chain and gears

e. Cleaning and check of brake bank for wear and tear

f. Check of lifting cable for potential damage

g. Reassembly of complete hoist unit

h. Adjusting/calibration of brake

i. Load test

j. Replacement of parts due to wear and tear

k. Replacement of parts as well as damage repairs from customer
