DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE

90TH MISSILE WING (AFGSC)

Pre-Solicitation Notice:

The 90th Contracting Squadron, F. E. Warren AFB, WY intends to issue a Request for Proposal

(RFP) for Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) at F. E. Warren AFB, Wyoming.

This acquisition is a Total Small Business (SB) set-aside under NAICS code 562111, Solid

Waste Collection, with a size standard of $41.5 million. This acquisition is to have a Contractor be responsible for furnishing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform ISWM and Municipal Solid Waste (MSW)

Collection at F. E. Warren AFB (FEWAFB). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations.

In accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) policy, all contractors must be registered in

System for Award Management (SAM), https://beta.sam.gov/, to be eligible to receive an award.

It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or before 7 February 2020 and will be posted on the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) at https://beta.sam.gov/. This solicitation will be available via internet only, meaning solicitation documents will not be available by any other means. Questions shall be submitted in writing and directed to:
