- Note: Delivery of portable latrines must be initiated on 15 December 2017 with total completion date submitted as a schedule with RFQ pending Government acceptance.

- All units placed are required to be Width 62”, Depth 62” plus/minus 4” o For additional units not in the contractor’s inventory that must be ordered, they are to meet all contract requirements, be uniform color of blue or gray, with a 35 gallon capacity tank.

o For the 6 temporary units that are in the vendor’s inventory, they are to be placed immediately starting 15 December 2017. Size, color, and tank capacity are not mandated, however please submit this information with your proposal for what is on-hand. If not of proper size, color, and capacity, these will be required to be replaced when ordered latrines become available.

*Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

*Note: Offerors may use another format for submission of quotes. However, all quotes must contain the minimum information required. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely, will be considered by the agency. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must also complete Representations and Certifications at http://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer.

*Further clarification for FAR Clause 52.217-8 “Option to Extend Services”. Clause 52.217-8 will also be evaluated for the offeror’s proposed prices. The 52.217-8 extension of services will be added/calculated into the offeror’s price proposal by utilizing 6 months of pricing from the final option year. Unit prices would remain unchanged. In addition, if the option were exercised after award, the actual prices used in the extension will be the prices from the prior option year.
