Paragraph 1.9, page 5: Dimensions:

Minimum elevated fork height using auxiliary mast to be 148”? Height is correct 148” Please confirm the height of the top/ highest beam level of the racks in building #549, Bays A & B.

Paragraph 1.6.2.4, page 4, Wire Guidance Installation:

Provide drawing which shows the rack system, which the guide wire system will be installed.

Wire system will be installed in between racks with marks 1 – 5.

Question: is the attached drawing the correct drawing for this project: USAF AFL CMC/EZPAE drawing #BTR807-01, dated 04/22/2019?

Paragraph 3.2, page 14: Charger Stand Drawing needs to show location of the charger stand (it does not). Chargers already exist in the next bay over, we already have same model turret being utilized.

Question: will the Government hard wire the charger to the building AC power supply? Or will the contractor/ supplier be required to hard wire the charger to the building AC power supply?

Paragraph 3.4, page 14: Eyewash … as located on AF Drawing (Attachment 1b)”. Eye wash available in Battery charger room, and west side of BAY B.

Drawing needs to show location of the eye wash (it does not).

Paragraph 3.8, page 16: Forklift Guard Posts … “as shown on AF Drawing (Attachment 1b)”. The guard posts are in the drawing if they zoom

it. There’s a total of 4 post, 2 in aisle 2 and 2 in aisle 5. (small rectangle inside box) Provided drawing must show location and quantities of guard posts.

Paragraph 3.8, page 16: Forklift Guard Posts … “anchor bolts in accordance with Cover Purchase Description 3.3.2.3.”. Racks will be anchored to the floor. SOW UPDATED –Removed “ in accordance with Cover Purchase Description 3.3.2.3.”.

Please provide this document to ensure were are in accordance with the requirement.

SOW UPDATED. Both paragraph below has been omitted.

Paragraph 4.0, page 16: Quality Assurance Provisions Is 4.1 Inspections, and 4.2 Tests a firm project requirement? Can we take exception to these requirements, not provide this service, and still be in satisfactory compliance with the project requirements? If these issues (inspections & tests) do remain as part of this requirement, then we will require the details about what is the ‘System Check-out Test” and what is the “Quality Conformance Test” parameters? We will also require the document ‘Cover Purchase Description’ (Cover PD), referred to in this paragraph.

Paragraph 5.0, page 21: Certifications Can we take exception to these requirements, not provide this service, and still be in satisfactory compliance with the project requirements?

If these issues (inspection, test, & certification) do remain as part of the requirement, then we will require all of the Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL’s).
