Statement of Work (SOW) for
60th Maintenance Squadron
60 MXS has a requirement for laundry service in four different Flights/locations on Travis AFB. Each Flight requires a weekly service. The services are broken down per Flight.
AGE Flight (MXMG) – Coverall Laundry Service
Description: The AGE Flight has a weekly requirement for coverall laundry service to include pickup of all dirty coveralls, launder, and return all laundered coveralls to 60 Maintenance Squadron, Aerospace Grounds Equipment Flight.
Specifications/Salient Characteristics:
1. 75 coveralls shall initially be provided to the AGE Flight with weekly laundry service for dirty coveralls. An average of 30 coveralls will need to be laundered weekly.

Special Requirements: The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, labor needed to correctly identify coveralls to the specific Aerospace Grounds Equipment personnel and provide weekly pickup all dirty coveralls, launder, and return all laundered coveralls to 60 Maintenance Squadron, Aerospace Grounds Equipment Flight Travis AFB 397 Hanger Ave. Building 564 Travis AFB, CA 94535.
Accessories Flight (MXMCF) – Coverall Laundry Service
Description: The Accessories Flight, Aircraft Fuel System Repair Section has a weekly requirement for coverall laundry service to include pickup of all dirty coveralls, launder, and return all laundered coveralls to 60 Maintenance Squadron, Aircraft Fuel System Repair section.
2. 40 coveralls shall initially be provided to the Accessories Flight, Aircraft Fuel System Repair Section with weekly laundry service for dirty coveralls. An average of 15 coveralls will need to be laundered weekly.

Okonek 503 Hangar Avenue/Building P14 to correctly identify coveralls to the specific Aircraft Fuel System Repair Section personnel and provide weekly pickup all dirty coveralls, launder, and return all laundered coveralls to 60 Maintenance Squadron, Accessories Flight, Aircraft Fuel System Repair Travis AFB 503 Hanger Ave Building P14 Travis AFB, CA 94535.
Fabrication Flight (MXMF) – Coverall Laundry Service
Description: The Fabrication Flight Aircraft Metals technology and Non-Destructive Inspection section has a weekly requirement for coverall, lab coat, and floor mat laundry service to include pickup of all dirty coveralls, lab coats, and floor mats, launder, and return all laundered items to 60 Maintenance Squadron, Fabrication Flight Aircraft Metals technology and Non-Destructive Inspection section.
3. 300 coveralls shall initially be provided to the Fabrication Flight, Aircraft Metals technology and Non-Destructive Inspection section with weekly laundry service for dirty coveralls.
4. 50 lab coats shall initially be provided to the Fabrication Flight, Aircraft Metals technology and Non-Destructive Inspection section with weekly laundry service for dirty lab coats.
5. 2 standard 4x6 mats with weekly launder service.

Will the contractor have to be in accordance with any AFMAN, AFI or any other regulations? Yes, 29 CFR § 1910.1026 - Chromium (VI) (h)(3)(iii) states that protective clothing (coveralls) shall be laundered in a manner that minimizes skin or eye contact with chromium (VI) and effectively prevents the release of airborne chromium (VI) to correctly identify coveralls to the specific Fabrication Flight, Aircraft Metals technology and Non-Destructive Inspection section personnel and provide weekly pickup all dirty coveralls, lab coats, and floor mats, launder, and return all laundered items to 60 Maintenance Squadron, Fabrication Flight, Aircraft Metals technology and Non-Destructive Inspection section Travis AFB 350 Ragsdale Rd Building 803 Travis AFB, CA 94535 in accordance with the above regulation.
Maintenance Flight (MXMT) – CTK (Consolidated Tool Kit) Coverall Laundry
Services
Description: The Maintenance Flight, CTK section has a weekly requirement for coveralls, floor mats, shop towels, and wet mops laundry service to include pickup of all dirty coveralls, floor mats, shop towels, and wet mops, launder and return all laundered items to 60 Maintenance Squadron, Maintenance Flight CTK section.
Specifications/Salient Characteristics: The below items shall be provided to the Maintenance Flight, CTK section with weekly laundry service for dirty coveralls, mats, shop towels, and wet mops.

7. 4 standard 4x6 mats
8. 500 Shop towels
9. 8 Wet Mops

Maintenance Flight (MXMT) – Wheel & Tire Shop Coverall Laundry Services
Description: The Maintenance Flight, Wheel & Tire shop has a weekly requirement for hand soap replacement and for coveralls, floor mats, wet mops, laundry service to include pickup of all dirty coveralls, floor mats, and wet mops, launder and return all laundered items to 60 Maintenance Squadron, Maintenance Flight Wheel & Tire shop.
Specifications/Salient Characteristics: The below items shall be provided to the Maintenance Flight, Wheel & Tire shop with weekly laundry service for dirty coveralls, mats, shop towels, and wet mops and replacement of hand soap.

11. 4 mats standard 4x6 mats
12. 2 Wet Mops
13. 72oz Pro Soy Hand Cleaner Soap or equivalent
Point of Contact: TSgt Andrew Chait 269 Ellis Dr Bldg 812 to correctly identify coveralls to the specific Maintenance Flight, Wheel & tire Shop personnel and provide weekly replacement of hand soap and pickup all dirty coveralls, floor mats, and wet mops, launder, and return all laundered items to 60 Maintenance Squadron, Maintenance Flight, Wheel & Tire Shop Travis AFB 269 Ellis Dr Building 812 Travis AFB, CA 94535.
Contractor Manpower Reporting for Labor Hours
The contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract via a secure data collection site. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: http://www.ecmra.mil/
Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October I through September
30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year, beginning with 2013. Contractors may direct questions to the help desk at help desk at: http://www.ecmra.mil/"

Uses and Safeguarding of Information: Information from the secure web site is considered to be proprietary in nature when the contract number and contractor identity are associated with the direct labor hours and direct labor dollars. At no time will any data be released to the public with the contractor name and contract number associated with the data.
Contractors for other than Anny components can visit https://cmra.army.mil/Login.aspx to review user manuals and gain an understanding about the data fields that will be included in the reporting structure that is hosted at http://www.ecmra.mil/
Applicability: The reporting requirement applies to all contracted services, provided the organization that is receiving or benefiting from the contracted services is a Department of Defense organization, including reimbursable appropriated funding sources from non-DoD executive agencies where the Defense Component requiring activity is executive agent for the function performed. The reporting requirement does not apply to situations where a Defense Component is merely a contracting agent for another executive agency. In general, the only contracted services excluded from reporting are construction and utilities.
