STATEMENT OF WORK

Recliner Chair Contract

PURPOSE: To provide delivery and complete installation of recliners and disposal of packing material in buildings 1305, 1334, 1352, 1354 & 1355 in the vicinity of 694 A. Street Travis AFB. The service is to include:

1. Delivery, assemble and installation of all recliners ordered if required.

2. Removal of all packing material. These services are to include safe function of the recliners.

CONTRACTOR SUPPLIED ITEMS: The contractor shall supply (408) recliners. The contractor shall complete installation and ensure proper assembly. Recliner will be installed on first, second and third floors of most of the buildings. If needed, contractor will supply unloading and loading equipment. Contractor will provide all labor on all required floors.

Provide pallets and shrink wrap for all recliners for DRMO disposal to (location 25600 S Chrisman Rd, Tracy, CA 95304). All old recliners will be stored on base until transported to Tracy, CA. Due to the size/scope of the project 90 days will be allotted for replacement.

INSTALLATION: Upon scheduled installation call for escort on base. POC for recliners at Unaccompanied Housing is Adrian Wiggins (707) 424-1846. Mr. Wiggins will provide escort for installation. Recliners will need to be assembled and installed within 10 duty days from start of project.
