1.0 GENERAL TASK DESCRIPTION. AFSOC/A4 has a requirement to retro-fit the Getac B360 laptop with DVD-RW devices prior to transfer to the Data Transfer and Diagnostics System (DTADS) Program Management Office (PMO). The Manufacturer shall provide all personnel, supervision, transportation, and all items and services necessary to provide Information Technology (IT) systems maintenance on devices provided for retro fit. The manufacturer is required to perform work to keep device warranty intact.
2.0 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
2.1 Getac shall provide:
2.1.1 Shipment of devices from device point of origin to a Getac repair facility. Getac will provide all required shipping containers and labels.
2.1.2 Getac will report receipt of devices at facility to HQ AFSOC/A4MX.
2.1.3 Installation of a DVD-RW into laptop. This work includes disassembly, installation of DVD- RW with all required drivers, re-assembly of the laptop and all necessary operational checks. All laptop screwheads will have sealant applied.
2.1.4 Once work is complete, Getac will ship devices to:

2.1.5 Getac will notify HQ AFSOC/A4MX when devices, with serial numbers, are shipped.
2.2 The Government shall provide:
2.2.1 Serial numbers for the devices will be provided by the original possessing unit.

3.1 Item: Getac B360 Ruggedized Laptop
3.2 Quantity: 200 each
