Simulator Requirements Document Grader Simulator
This request is for a training device that allows personnel to develop the skill of a grader operator and allow individuals the opportunity to become more proficient while reducing unneeded wear on actual equipment. The grader and track type simulators requested shall provide a platform that allow personnel to feel what the piece of equipment would do in real life.
SIM 1:
1. Track Type Simulator System
A. G2-TTT-CMM or equal
2. Hardware: Frame and controls needed to operate the simulator, 2 monitor stands.
3. Software – Track Type Tractor Simulator software and SimU Campus Training Records
Management software or equal. Software and system shall meet the requirements identified in this document.
4. Manager’s Workstation: Computer, mouse, keyboard, seat, used to network several simulators together. View and store reports in one location.
5. Motion: Forward/backward and left and right tilt as well as up and down movement.
6. Service Agreement
A. On-Site Simulator Installation
B. 12 Months Technical Support and Maintenance Updates
C. 60 Month Technical Support and Maintenance renewal after initial 12
Months
7. Electrical: Standard 120v
8. Room Size: Must fit in a classroom-8’ ceiling
9. Display:
A. Two 43” monitors
10. Instructor Needs
A. Ability to pause system at any point for instruction

1. M-Series Motor Grader Simulator System
A. G2-MG-CMM or equal
