F2R2A17019AW01, Compressed Air Supply System (CASS) Compressor Installation

“Turn-key” install service for Ingersoll Rand (IR) H200 125 PSI (200HP) Air Compressors (3 each), and IR IRN200H-OF (200HP) Air Compressor (1 each) in existing compressor area at Building 219, Laughlin Air Force Base (AFB), TX. IR-approved install services, to include all connections, (electrical and air piping, paint piping to match old piping), remove fencing around the compressor area prior to installation and reconnect afterwards. Perform calibrations necessary to render above listed compressors from pallet to operations-ready. Compressors to be replaced shall be removed to a location approximately 100 ft away from the CASS site. The Government will accomplish final disposal of the replaced compressor units.

Install 5 each new PNLD II condensate drains and 1 each X81 system controller. All air compressors, condensate drains and system controllers will be provided by the Government as Government Furnished Property (GFP) for completion of the installation. Train four shop personnel on the operation and maintenance of the new controller and air compressors.

Warranty Requirements: Laughlin AFB’s Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) shop’s replacement compressors are manufactured by IR. Installation of new compressors must be accomplished by an IR authorized agent to ensure the warranty is not voided by installation services not up to IR standards.
