1. The SF 1449 Item Number /CLIN 0001 lists the Quantity as “1” and the Unit as “Months. The amendment 0002 changes list the period of performance for this CLIN 001 to 24-30 April 2018 which is 7 calendar days. Will the government clarify the CLIN 0001 POP to be priced as either 1 Month or 1 Week?
Answer: For consistency the unit is Months. If there is only a week of work for a particular month -please pro-rate your monthly fee.
2. Will the government provide an updated solicitation SF 1449 Continuation Sheet reflecting the updated CLIN POP information?
Answer: A conformed copy of the 1449 has been posted. If you have already submitted your proposal and the change in the period of performance is addressed there is no need to resubmit.
Make sure that a copy of all amendments are returned and signed in addition to the signed 1449.

PWS 1.2.5 defines a “telephone transaction includes all steps necessary to answer/receive an incoming call, then make an appointment or document that an appointment is not available, or create and issue a telephone consult following MTF policy and procedure; or process MTF/patient cancellations.”
