1. Please confirm the correct wage determination number is: SCA 2015-4281

1. That is the correct wage determination. The document will be uploaded along with the Q&A.

2. Please clarify the scope items between CLIN 001 Internal Range Cleaning, and CLIN 003 External Cleaning?

2. The Scope of the work will consist of removing the led dust form the concrete floor via wet vac and dispose of the hazardous material at an approved site monthly

3. Is the security awareness anti-terrorism training certificate required for the workers for this project- IWATCH?

3. No required for this contract.

4. How much time is required for contractor to process badging at Joint Base Andrews?

4. One time access pass is 72hr (3 duty day) turnaround time. Longer term pass is potentially longer, but can use a temporary pass while getting badging done. The Joint Base Andrews Visitor Control Center is the authority on this and will provide the ultimate answer. Expect up to one week for a long term pass.

5. Will the contractor be required to prepare a report after each cleaning event?

5. A report would be considered a deliverable, however a proof of proper disposal for invoice acceptance and payment would be considered a report as that should contain amount of material disposed and where it was disposed at.

6. Pls. provide historical info. i.e. profile and manifest. on types of waste we are to dispose of under this contract.

6. The type of waste to dispose of are the led dust that is formed on the concrete beyond the firing line. Once it is removed, It will be disposed of in a certified hazardous waste facility. This process has been conducted this way on this range for the last 20 years by a company called CBE.

1. Will you extend the bid due date since the bid is due two business from time of questions due, not answers.

7. The bid due date will be extended to allow two full business days from date of posting of answers. (i.e. if Friday, then 5:00pm EDT Tuesday, if Monday, then 5:00pm EDT Wednesday)

2. Will you please provide the virtual site visit attendees list?

8. There were a total of 8 vendors at the two site visits. The list of names is not handed out by standard practice to avoid potential corroboration of contractors and/or price fixing. So this list will not be provided.

At the time of award, if an award results from this requirement, the total number of quotes received will be provided to any contractor that requests a debrief. Please do note as this requirement is below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, the Government is not required to provide an Unsuccessful Offeror letter at time of award and thus no notice will automatically be provided to offerors upon award, offerors must specifically request if the award was made and additionally request if they would like a debrief.
