About this file
This document outlines requirements for two spectrum analyzers and the related federal contract opportunity. The technical requirement document specifies that the spectrum analyzers must have at least 43 GHz frequency coverage and meet specified phase noise levels at 1 GHz, 10 kHz offset of -136 dBc/Hz, 20 GHz center frequency and 10 kHz offset of -124 dBc/Hz, and 40 GHz center frequency and 10 kHz offset of -120 dBc/Hz. Additionally, the analyzers must support an analysis bandwidth of 512 MHz, detect pulse widths down to 8 nanoseconds, and have a system rise time for pulses of less than 5 nanoseconds. Interested parties should submit a completed SF1449 form, attachment 2 containing representations and certifications, and any other supporting documentation to Ms. Jill Harms at the provided email by 4 June 2021 at 10pm CST for the spectrum analyzer requirement issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Test Center under solicitation number FA282321Q0019.
