Correction to Questions and Answers for Military in Urban Training (FA282819Q4026)
Question 1
1. What is the original layout for the containers upon delivery? If single story are they standalone boxes or arranged in modular configurations such as an L-Shape? Are any of the boxes to be stacked at delivery? If so, what is the configuration?
Answer: All of the containers will be single story/standalone.
Question 2
2. What are the specifications for the steel mechanical breaching door? Is it for explosive breaching?
Answer: The breeching door is intended to be an explosive breeching door; 36" x 84".
Question 3
3. What is the thickness requirement for the anti-sink base pad?
Answer: The anti-sink pads should be 4"-6" in thickness.
Question 4
4. What are the dimensions for the steel shuttered windows? Are the shutters to designed to open and close from the outside and inside of the structures?
Answer: The windows should be 36"x36". Yes, the shutters should be able to open and close from both outside and inside the structure.
Question 5
5. What are the dimensions for the interior plywood partitions for the Urban Compound Structures (both 40 ft and 20 ft)?
Answer: Interior plywood partitions should be 5' wide x 8'6" tall for both the 20' & 40' structures
Question 6
6. If stacked do ladders or stairs need to be provided?
Answer: No ladders required.
