STATEMENT OF WORK

for

Lease of Portable Office Units

11 April 2017

1.0 INTRODUCTION.

1.1 Background. The 46th Test Squadron (46 TS) has the requirement to lease 17 Portable Office Units in support of Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) testing at Eglin AFB, FL.

1.2 Scope. The scope of this order is to lease 17 portable Office Units; ten (10) each 8 ft x 20 ft and seven (7) each 8 ft x 40 ft units. The units shall be placed at Eglin AFB Range B-70 areas as coordinated with the Government and as identified in the specifications and requirements. Units are required to be in place no later than 5 May 2017, with an estimated pickup date of 19 May 2017.

2.0 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS.

3.0 REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATIONS. The contractor shall accomplish the following requirement specifications.

3.1 Unit Specifications. The contractor shall provide ten (10) each 8 ft x 20 ft Portable Office Units and seven (7) each 8 ft x 40 ft Portable Office Units. At a minimum, the contractor shall ensure the units meet the following specifications:

3.1.1 The contractor shall ensure all units have 220/100 amp two-phase power. The units shall have an exterior power panel with power lugs for generator connection. The Government will provide required 55KW generators and power cords.

3.1.2 The contractor shall ensure all units are equipped with a 220 combo air conditioning unit.

3.1.3 The contractor shall ensure all units are equipped with adequate interior lighting and electrical outlets. There shall be at a minimum of six (6) double-plug interior electrical outlets per unit.

3.1.4 The contractor shall ensure all units have a standard personnel door.

3.1.5 The contractor shall ensure all units are insulated and 100% weather tight.

3.2 Delivery.

3.2.1 After contract award, the contractor shall coordinate all delivery and pickup instructions with the 46 TS Point of Contact (POC) prior to actual delivery and pickup.

3.2.2 The contractor shall ensure delivery and placement of all units no later than 05 May 2017. The contractor shall ensure pick up of all units as coordinated with the 46 TS POC, estimated pick up is 19 May 2017.

3.2.3 Initial delivery shall be to Range B-12, Eglin AFB. The contractor shall relocate each Ground Office Unit to the B-70 range sites listed below. The contractor shall provide a forklift for unloading and loading the Portable Office Units upon delivery and pickup. The Government will provide a forklift operator.

3.2.1.2 The contractor shall ensure all units are delivered and picked up from the following locations at Range B-70 areas:

Spotting Tower& E CINE-T, 1 ea.. 8 x 40 C2 Office Space (AFSOC/TDRS/EXCIPIO at East CINE-T) 1 ea.. 8 x 40 C2 Office Space (AFSOC/TMO at Spotting Tower)

Tower #1 & Tower #3 1 ea.. 8 x 20 C2 Office Space (USAFA Tower #1) 1 ea.. 8 x 20 C2 Office Space (TDRS Tower #3)

Tank Town 1 ea. 8 x 40 C2 Office Space (Harrier/Sky Cap) 1 ea. 8 x 20 C2 Office Space (JVAB)

Test Site B-10 1 ea. 8 x 20 C2 Office Space (Sentinel #2)

FOB North 6 ea. 8 x 20 C2 Office Space (Sentinel #1/ PMATC/ JAID/ Falcon Shield/ JFECK/ Drone Defender/ USAFA) 1 ea. 8 x 40 C2 Office Space (JMAC)

B-12, LM & Knoll 1 ea.. 8 x 40 C2 Office Space (AAS/JDAT at LM) 2 ea.. 8 x 40 C2 Office Space (USAFA/JEWC/AFSOC/AMRDEC SUAS at Knoll)

4.0 DATA DELIVERABLES.

N/A

5.0 SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS.

5.1 Accessibility. Eglin AFB Ranges are a Department of Defense Installation and the contractor will require proper installation access and may require an appropriate escort.

6.0 LABOR REQUIREMENTS. The period of performance for this delivery order is not to exceed beyond 60 days past award of contract.
