PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT

for Furniture Reconfiguration of

Bldg. 300, Rooms 251 15 July 19

1. BASIC SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, travel, and labor necessary to reconfigure and install modular furniture in Bldg. 300 Rm 251. The contractor will install 15 console furniture positions, and 2 instructor console furniture positions

1.1 Console_1: Eight of the operator positions will have the dimensions of 30” x 60” desk space.

These operator positions will require a wire management systems to allow the organization/protection of wires between consoles. These positions need four slat wall monitor arms that can be arranged into a square configuration with 4 x 24” monitors. These positions require powered panels to service computer equipment and a voice and data quad port. Power will be hooked up to the console positions by power whips located in the room.

1.2 Console_2: Two instructor positions will have the dimensions of 30” x 60” desk space. These operator positions will require a wire management systems to allow the organization/protection of wires between consoles. These positions need four slat wall monitor arms that can be arranged into a square configuration with 4x24” monitors. These positions require powered panels and a Voice and Data quad port. Power will be hooked up to the console positions by wall plugs.

1.3 Console _3: Six of the operator positions will have the dimensions of 30” x 48” desk space.

These operator positions will require a wire management systems to allow the organization/protection of wires between consoles. These positions need four slat wall monitor arms that can be arranged into a square configuration with 4x24” monitors. These positions require powered panels and a Voice and Data quad port. Power will be hooked up to the console positions by power poles via a junction box in the ceiling

1.4 Console_4: One of the operator positions will have the dimensions of 30” x 24” desk space and will be connected to the end of an operator position that has 30” x 60” of desk space. This operator position will require a wire management systems to allow the organization/protection of wires between consoles. This position needs four slat wall monitor arms that can be arranged into a square configuration with 4 x 24” monitors. This position requires powered panels to service computer equipment and a voice and data quad port. Power will be hooked up to the console position by power whips located in the room.

1.5 The contractor will identify power connection type and locations to the Government at least 30 days in advance of the furniture installation. The contractor will install the furniture to the power source.

1.6 The Government will arrange phone and computer connectivity with the 50 Space communications squadron.

1.8 The Contractor will provide adjustable height office chairs with mesh backing and mesh seat.

1.7 The Contractor will arrange for disposition of excess furniture/trash through DRMO.

2. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.

2.1 Compliance: The contractor shall comply with all SAFB security requirements. SAFB is a controlled/restricted area and special security procedures are utilized to deter espionage, sabotage, and theft of Air Force resources.

2.2 Vehicle Passes: All vehicles will be used in accordance with AFI 31-204, Air Force Motor Vehicle Traffic Supervision. All vehicles attempting to gain access to SAFB shall be available for inspection. Large commercial vehicles shall present themselves at the SAFB West Entry Gate for inspection prior to gaining access to SAFB. 50 OSS will meet furniture designer and or installers at the visitor center on Enoch Road to facilitate installation access. All contractors will have a current Driver's License or other State Identification the vehicle Driver(s) will have the following information; current Vehicle Registration, current Proof of Insurance and current Driver's License.

2.3 Restricted Area Unescorted Entry: Unescorted entry to the SAFB restricted area is not required for completion of the contract.

2.4 Denying entry to SAFB: The installation commander reserves the right to deny entry to SAFB to any person whose NACI is unfavorable or upon disclosure of information that indicates the individual’s continued entry to SAFB is not in the best interest of the USAF. Additionally, the violation of, or deviation from established security procedures by any Contractor employee may result in the confiscation of restricted/controlled area badges and denial of future entry to

SAFB.

2.5 Verify identity before entry: 50th SFS personnel will verify the identity and entry authorization of each Contractor employee and vehicle, and may conduct a search of any baggage, articles, or vehicles on SAFB.

2.6 Visitor badges are required for this project.

3. NORMAL OPERATING HOURS. 0700 Hours through 1700 Hours, Monday through Friday.

The Contractor shall not provide service on weekends or Federal Holidays.

4. EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION. 50 OSS personnel will be present for the duration of the work mentioned above. The Contractor personnel will inform their government escort of any situation requiring an emergency response.

5. SAFETY. The Contractor shall follow all OSHA requirements to ensure a safe and mishap- free work environment.
