SITE VISIT RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
April 15, 2019, 10:00 AM EST
The purpose of this site visit is to allow prospective offerors the opportunity to inspect the site where the work is to be performed, in accordance with clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work.
It will be assumed all attendees are familiar with the solicitation and all attachments (i.e.
Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings.)
Names that were provided for access to the Pre-Bid site have been placed on an Entry Access List (EAL) which will be at the East Gate. Please inform the Security Police Officer that you are on the EAL for FA252119BA009 Site Visit and have your current driver’s license ready for them to verify your identification for access. If you have any problems with gaining entry to the base, please call 321-494-5231.
Everyone will be required to sign in; therefore, please meet the East Gate Pass & ID at least 15 minutes prior to the site visit. You can park your vehicle in the adjacent parking lot. Please note that you will not be able to proceed directly to the site. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.

All attendees will be able to view the site located at:
The Program Manager, Jeffrey Skupien, will be available for questions; HOWEVER, the intent of this site visit is for all offerors to receive the same information. Therefore, ALL questions asked at this site shall also be submitted in writing (Question and Answer (Q & A) Template provided under FA252119BA009 (IFB will be available on FBO.gov on or about April 05, 2019).
All questions and answers must be submitted to the contracting officer not later than 3:00 pm EST on April 19, 2019. Please e-mail completed (Q & A) document to sandra.seman@us.af.mil AND kimberly.horner@us.af.mil.
Questions will be posted on FBO.gov, April 24, 2019 no later than 5:00 pm EST to support the May 05, 2019 proposal closing date and time (09:00 am EST).
