STATEMENT OF WORK

FOR

Environmental Monitoring System

1.0 Technical Problem: This Statement of Work (SOW) covers the components of an Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) for all PMELs (Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratories) worldwide. The current EMS is obsolete and no longer supported.

2.0 Objective: The primary objective is for the contractor to purchase and deliver components of the EMS to all PMELs. The contractor will not be responsible for assembly of the components. Assembly will be performed by the PMEL once all components are delivered.

2.1. One EMS unit contains one of each of the following components:

2.1.1. Vaisala HMP110 Humidity, Dew Point, and Temperature Sensor.

2.1.2. Vaisala USB cable for PC connection.

2.1.3. Raspberry Pi 2, Model B v1.1.

2.1.4. Raspberry Pi, 7” Touchscreen LCD Display 800 x 400 pixels P/N: RASPBERRY PI 7" TOUCHSCREEN (Allied P/N: 70689378)

2.1.5. MicroUSB Power Supply; 5.1 VDC; 2.5A.

P/N: T5875DV (Allied P/N: 70812912)

2.1.6. Adafruit PiRTC Real Time Clock for Raspberry Pi.

2.1.7. 3V Lithium Coin Cell Battery 12mm Diameter.

2.1.8. Raspberry Pi Touchscreen Case; Black.

2.2. See attached list for the quantity of units to be delivered to each PMEL. The contractor shall ship all units’ components for a PMEL concurrently.

2.2.1. All components intended for PMEL locations outside the United States shall be shipped to AFMETCAL in Heath, OH. These shipments shall be ready for destination and not require repackaging or sorting by AFMETCAL.

3.0 Support: If any component is not operational or functional upon delivery to the PMEL, the contractor shall be responsible for replacing the component.
