This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote
(RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted). Quotes will be evaluated and award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer will conforms to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) IAW FAR 52.204-7.

Requirements
1. Must be a portable armory system/building/container.
2. Must have a GSA Approved Class 5 vault door.
3. Must have at least one (1) issuing window (two (2) preferred).
4. Must have LAN/Phone lines to provide the capability for IDS/Phone/Computers
5. Must have a dehumidifier/ventilation system that is adequate for the size of the system to minimize moisture.
6. The system must be large enough to store up to the following quantities of weapons/ammunition:

1013/1A and Federal Specification AA-V-2737, Amendment 2.
