The United States Air Force, 375th Contracting Squadron (375 CONS) is seeking sources for Bosch Video Management System Camera License Expansion (37 EA), 55" monitors (4 EA), PTZ camera with mount (18 EA), 24 port switch (3 EA), GBIC SFP module (3 EA), 2MP dome camera (19 EA), Cat5e cable (10 EA), miscellaneous materials (1 Lot), and Labor/Programming (1 Lot).
DISCLAIMER: This sources sought notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals nor will any award be made as a result of this sources sought notice. The Air Force will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this sources sought notice.
INTRODUCTION: This FedBizOpps notice is an announcement seeking market information on businesses capable of providing the equipment as described herein. 375 CONS is currently conducting market research to determine qualified, and interested potential sources. The information requested by this sources sought notice will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. Should a future requirement(s) evolve from this preliminary planning process, it is anticipated that the contractor will provide the equipment required to accomplish all capabilities listed in the description of requirements shown below.
1. Description of Work:
Contractor shall deliver, install, and program Bosch Video Management System Camera License Expansion (37 EA), 55" monitors (4 EA), PTZ camera with mount (18 EA), 24 port switch (3 EA), GBIC SFP module (3 EA), 2MP dome camera (19 EA), Cat5e cable (10 EA), miscellaneous materials (1 Lot), and Labor/Programming (1 Lot). to Scott AFB, IL 62225.
2. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code:
The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334220— Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, and Product Service Cod (PSC)/Federal Supply Code (FSC) 5826—Video Recording and Reproducing Equipment.
3. Submission Details:
Request responses include the following:
1. Company name, address, point of contact (POC), telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, NAICS code, GSA schedules or any contract vehicles that would be held, CAGE code.
2. Identification of business size (Large or Small) and whether currently designated as a Small Business as defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 19.1, and the appropriate categories (small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a), service disabled veteran-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, woman-owned small business, HUB zone minority-owned, etc.).
3. Demonstrate abilities to fulfill this requirement and any other information deemed useful to the Air Force.
4. If your company is capable of meeting the requirements listed above, please send all responses in accordance with the submission details listed in Para 3 above no later than 4:00 PM CST, 27 August 2015 to 1 Lt Anthony Gray at anthony.gray.15@us.af.mil.
Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All Government and contractor personnel reviewing sources sought responses will have signed non-disclosure agreements and understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from authorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423. The Government shall not be held liable for any damages incurred if proprietary information is not properly identified.
