A copy of this schedule is also attached.

Response: The contractor shall provide enough instructors to meet performance requirements. The Fitness Coordinator (FC) shall coordinate with the GECM at least one month in advance to coordinate upcoming special events. 4. Is the contract manager expected to retain all of the current individual instructors providing these services?
Response: The solicitation and resulting contract is not required to contain the clase at FAR 52.222-17, Nondisplacement of Qualified Workers. Therefore, the Government cannot direct a successor contractor to retain the current instructors.
5. On the wage determination, are incumbent contractor(s) expected to credit any benefits (2 weeks annual leave and $4.27/hr health & welfare benefits) accrued under their contracts or does that responsibility fall on the new contractor? If new selected contractor is responsible, please provide accrued benefits to date for each of the current instructors.
AFSC/PZIOB request clarification on the question. Response below.
The wage determination specifies the particular hourly wage to be paid according to their classification. In addition to the hourly wage, the instructor must be paid $4.27/HR for health and welfare benefits. In addition, instructors must be paid 2 weeks of vacation (prorated based on weekly hours worked) upon completion of 1 year of service. We understand that under the Service Contract Act (SCA), if an employee (independent contractors are treated same) has not been paid vacation by an incumbent contractor due to <1 year of service, but becomes eligible under a new contractor for the same services then the new contractor must pay the accrued benefits from the date of employment, unless the incumbent has agreed to http://robinsfss.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Robins-AFB-Group-Exercise-Schedule.pdf same. Therefore, procuring authority must provide those details on potential liability to new contractor. Incumbent contractor(s) should have pay records on instructors and accrued liability that should be provided to the contracting officer.
Response: A Collective Bargaining Agreement is not included with the solicitation. Therefore, there should be no contingent liabilities for a successor.
6. Can you give me additional information on available facilities and the venues?

7. Do you have spin (stationary bike) facilities?
Response: Yes, spin facilities are available.
8. Do you have crossfit facilities?
