Statement of Work (SOW)
1.0. Description of Services
1.1. This Statement of Objectives (SOO) establishes the requirements of acquiring and delivering office containers. The containers will be used as office space at Amari Air Base, Estonia.
2.0. Requirements
2.1. The contractor shall provide a total of 18 containers in working order with no major flaws such as large dents; 6-combined for square layout (conference room – 3x2 configuration) and 12 single containers, both with an open floor plan. The office containers shall meet the following minimum specifications:
· 19 feet long, 8 feet high, and 8 wide (19’L x 8’H x 8’ W)
· One standard personnel access door with lock and 2 keys (no requirement for door placement)
· One window that can open, shut and lock (no requirement for window size or placement)
· One ceiling light fixture located in the center (no requirement for fixture size)
· One electric wall radiator unit per trailer (no requirement on radiator placement)
· Two 220-240v wall outlets (CEE 7/4 Schuko)
· One outside CEE electrical plug (any side) capable of supporting 400 Volts, 32 Amps
2.2. The contractor shall be responsible for furnishing each office container. The 6-combind square layout (conference room -- 3x2 configuration) shall have four desks and eight chairs total. The remaining 12 containers shall have two desks and four chairs each. If the contractor determines the furniture will not fit, the contractor shall determine the appropriate layout based on available space.
2.2.1. The intent of the office furniture is to be used as a work-station and be simple. The chairs (wheels optional) shall be able to slide underneath the desks. All furniture shall be of the same color and style. Each desk should be a size that can accommodate a couple of monitors, a computer with keyboard and mouse and have some space for working on paperwork. Should be sized to be able fit in each container as requested above.
2.3. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment to load and offload the containers such as a forklift crane. The containers shall be delivered to Amari Air Base, Estonia (59°15′36″N 024°12′30″E) located roughly 7 km south of Lake Klooga adjacent to the base operation building.
2.4. The Period of Performance (PoP) shall begin no earlier than 1 July, so delivery shall occur after this date.
