1. What is length, width and height of blast booth? FULL FLOOR ASSY,15X20, ON-GRADE, SINGLE HOLE,12"OAH
2. What are we blasting? Steel, aluminum or any other metal? Steel and aluminum
3. What is the blast media like, copper, black beauty, etc? plastic and glass beads
4. What face velocity do we need to maintain for blast booth? Enough pressure to suck up the media (media size of 20 to 40 mesh, 12-16 may be added)
5. What utilities are available? 460V 3PH 60 HZ? Is compressed air available? How much? Answer not provided.
6. Is there room for dust collector outside? Already here/yes
7. Are we supposed to recycle media or throw it away? All the collected material? It is recycled (recovery floor), bad media is thrown away.
8. Are you looking for a quote for Material only or installation also? Both
9. Is this going to work with an existing Blastroom, do we have to connect the recovery floor to the existing Blast booth? The blast booth is new here, the floor needs to fit and yes be installed.
