The 84th Rades Squadron and Operational Contracting Squadron (PZIOA) Hill AFB, UT intends to award a sole source contract to Inventive Electronics, Inc., 1439D Live Oak Street, Niceville, FL, 32578-8829, Cage: 3SUM4, to provide the following service: Environmental Simulator Radar Calibration. The anticipated contract will be a Finn Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Purchase Order, with 3 option years.
The statutory authority which permits sole source for this acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.106- l(b)( l). This authority is supported by an approved Single Source Justification. It is the Govenunent's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 811219. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $20.5 rnillion. This requirement consists of:
CLIN 0001: The maintenance contract provides for annual calibration of RASS kits/components, repair of equipment found to be out of calibration and the update of software releases as they are available during the period of performance.
CLIN 1001: The maintenance contract provides for annual calibration of RASS kits/components, repair of equipment found to be out of calibration and the update of software releases as they are available during the period of performance.
CLIN 2001: The maintenance contract provides for annual calibration of RASS kits/components, repair of equipment found to be out of calibration and the update of software releases as they are available during the period of performance.
CLIN 3001: The maintenance contract provides for annual calibration of RASS kits/components, repair of equipment found to be out of calibration and the update of software releases as they are available during the period of performance.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Govenunent. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Infonnation received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Govenunent. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Govenunent. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items.
