RFQ F16PS00923 Attachment 1 Veterinary Computed Tomography (CT) Scanner Minimum Specifications

1. Computed Tomography with both Fluoroscopy & Digital Radiography (i.e. multi-modality)

2. High Definition (of both soft tissue of skeletal contrast)

3. Have a resolution equal to or finer than 1mm

4. 3D imaging (for virtual manipulation) from axial, coronal and sagittal planes

5. Must accommodate a range of animal sizes (up to approximately 200 lbs)

6. Capable of single series scanning of an entire animal

7. Mobile / portable (easy to move)

8. Must fit through a standard 36” wide door

9. Must have a relatively small footprint (no larger than 8’ by 10’)

10. Must work with standard 220V electrical outlets

11. Must not require special radiation shielding or special building construction

12. Must be easy to use/train, with quick set-up and imaging times

13. Real-time/live imaging

14. Must include scanner, workstation, and all required software

15. Software should include basic measurement capabilities

16. Images must be exportable and viewable outside of the system

17. System operation and support must not require a Wi-Fi connection

18. Installation and training must be provided; with future technical support available

19. Include any maintenance and warranty plans, and include these in lump sum price for the item
