About this file

This document contains a solicitation for mobile PET/CT scanner services and a past performance questionnaire for incumbent contractors. The solicitation seeks offers for a one-year contract with three one-year options to provide mobile PET/CT services at the White River Junction VA Medical Center in Vermont. Services include a contractor-furnished mobile trailer equipped with a PET/CT scanner manufactured after 2010, supplies, staffing, and waste disposal. The closing date for offers is April 30, 2021. The procurement is set aside for a service-disabled veteran-owned small business and will be awarded on a firm fixed price basis to the offeror providing the best value. The past performance questionnaire is to be completed by references for incumbent contractors to assess their performance on similar prior contracts and be submitted to the contracting officer by the stated deadline.
