About this file

This document is a Submission Instructions and Information document from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ), dated September 2025, detailing electronic bid submission requirements. Respondents must submit proposals electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, which supports Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox. Submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the posted due date, with vendors strongly advised to allow at least one business day for file uploads due to potential time constraints. Respondents can submit questions about the solicitation through the electronic bid system and are responsible for checking regularly for any amendments.

The document emphasizes strict submission protocols, including that all responses in TDCJ's possession by the due date will be considered final and irrevocable, with no opportunity for amendments after the submission deadline. Technical support is available via email at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or through Euna Procurement's Vendor Knowledgebase. Respondents are recommended to verify their submissions by reviewing uploaded documents and ensuring successful submission before the close date. The instructions underscore that it is solely the respondent's responsibility to ensure response documents are successfully submitted before the specified date and time, regardless of the organization's online submission capabilities.

Submission

It is recommended that once you have completed your final submission and received a notice status of “Submission Complete” from Euna Procurement, you access your account again and review the documents to verify that the correct content has been provided. Once the close date has passed, you will not have an opportunity to change any of the submitted documents.
