About this file

This document is an Addendum to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) for virtual agency training workshops/classes. The RRC is soliciting bids from qualified entities to provide half-day or full-day training classes on 12 topics, including Communicating with Tact, Project Management, and others. The RRC expects to host up to 35 classes with a total of 450-600 participants over the contract period of September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025. Bids must be submitted by Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 2:00 PM Central Time. The RRC will award one vendor contract and will evaluate proposals based on best value criteria, not solely the lowest price.

Vendors should provide pricing for each of the 12 training classes listed in the Scope of Work. The RRC does not require content customization, but vendors may propose additional classes beyond the 12 listed. The training delivery method is expected to be virtual using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, or Zoom. ADA compliance requirements include providing closed captioning for some trainings. The RRC will coordinate participant registration and does not require vendors to provide their own learning management system.
