Industry Outreach/Source Sought Questionnaire Nakamura U.S. Courthouse Chiller Replacement

The US General Services Administration (GSA), Region 10 (Auburn, WA), has a requirement to replace a chiller in the Nakamura U.S. Courthouse (NCH) in Seattle, WA. This project requires design and construction for the addition of one variable-speed-compressor jockey-chiller to satisfy the shoulder season and early morning cooling loads for the building in accordance with the scope of work (SOW).

A“DRAFT” Scope of Work (SOW) for your review. We hope this questionnaire will give us the industry input we need to finalize the acquisition strategy, to include verifying capable sources and interest in submitting proposals for this project.
