Text version

Lock out specifications enviro TOC/ Equivalent

• Furnace temperatures up to 1200°C

• Automated solids option, does not require additional bench space

• SALTTRAP for matrix separation, protection of catalyst and combustion tube against salts and ash

• Integrated CLD or ECD for TNb analysis, not requiring additional bench space

• Wide range flow-through IR detector (up to 100 000 ppm CO2)

• User-friendly, intuitive software allowing a more sophisticated data evaluation and intuitive instrument control

• Instrument must be upgradable to automated solids sampling utilizing an 80 or 120 position sampler upon request

• Instrument must measure total organic carbon (TOC), total inorganic carbon (TIC), and total carbon (TC) as the gas form CO2 via an infrared (IR) detector. Instrument must measure TOC by both direct determination and by difference (TIC/TC).

• TIC module always included

• Combustion tube packing must provide real and complete matrix (e.g. salt) separation from Pt catalyst.

• Sample should not be injected directly onto the Pt-catalyst.

• Instrument must have the electrical capacity to operate with 110 and 240 VAC input power.

• Instrument must come standard with a 10-year furnace warranty.

• Total instrument bench-space usage must be kept to less than 20 inches (51 cm) in width.
