Solicitation EE133C16RQ0630 Date 07/01/2016
Question 1: Each named account shall have the capability of connecting up to 100 external participants in a meeting. This includes but not limited to 1080P video from a variety of devices, and or PSTN phone connections on the same meeting connection. Are you asking for 100 Concurrent License per named account? If you answer is yes, is that a deal breaker if we cannot offer 100. This alone will raise the price a lot. 100 Users at 1080P per user.
Government Response: Each user account needs to be able to launch a video conference. Each meeting shall allow up to 100 participants. The external participants may be using one of the video conferencing clients listed or coming in on a phone call (PSTN). If the user is coming in on video, the connection should support up to 1080P. The client might come in on a lower resolution if the client itself doesn't support 1080P. The reason for supporting phone calls to participate is so all participants are on the same voice channel.
Question 2: Skype –Do you mean Business Skype?
Government Response: Skype for Business
